1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Legacy Data Hub platform to purchase data bundles, WAEC pins, mobile devices, or other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Digital Service Delivery
- Fulfillment Window: Standard delivery for data bundles and digital PINs occurs within 5 to 30 minutes of confirmed payment.
- User Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for providing the correct recipient phone number or target details. Legacy Data Hub is not liable for digital assets sent to incorrect numbers entered by the user.
- Network Downtimes: We rely on third-party telecommunication providers (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo). Delays caused by network outages are beyond our direct control.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) via authorized gateways.
- Prices for data plans and physical accessories are subject to change based on market adjustments without prior individual notice.
- Attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized use of payment methods will result in an immediate ban and potential reporting to local authorities.
4. Platform Administration
The administration reserves the right to lock specific storefronts (such as the Phones & Accessories or Credit Card sections) for inventory updates, maintenance, or security reviews at any time without prior notice.
